30-Day Return Window

Unused, uninstalled products in their original condition and original packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, the item must include all accessories, manuals, and original protective packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email lightservice@tcl.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Do not send an item back until our support team provides return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, subject to applicable law and the return instructions provided for your order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to help before an order enters fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment.
